In the position as HR Business Partner, you will become part of our HR Team that is globally responsible for the Group Sector Functions Tires. As an HR Business Partner, you will provide support to the implementation and development of the HR strategy and processes as well as to people related operations. The variety of your tasks ranges from attraction and recruitment of best-fit people to their development and engagement. You will be responsible for the implementation, support and improvement of the HR management processes and projects for the cross-functional teams, based in Continental Solution Center (Portugal).
Based on our HR strategy and customer demands, you will have the following key responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition: Taking care of all recruiting activities in the area of responsibility incl. salary negotiations and onboarding;
Operational HR Support for managers and employees in all personnel-related matters;
Travel Management: assure and support the business trips of CSC employees, according with internal regulations, providing training to new joiners;
Talent Management & Organizational Development: develop and track the activities of annual Training Cycle, according to internal HR procedures, providing solutions and promoting the continuous qualification and development of our employees;
Employer Branding (EB) & Communication: Design, organize and participate in EB activities, such as Job Fairs, university events or partnerships. Expand and optimize our communication tools and means;
Drive and/or support global HR projects and/or initiatives;
Actively use our internal social media platforms (e.g., promoting events, videos, posting employee stories);
Support with HR analytics (e.g., analysis of HR KPIs, quality data review, reporting) and budgeting;
Support the team with organizational activities (presentations, events, reporting…).
Academic degree in HR, Human & Social Sciences, Communication, Management, or related fields;
2 years of professional experience as HRBP, ideally as HR Business Partner with a focus on Employer Branding & Recruitment (international environment, is a plus);
Previous experience in working with “Tech” environments, roles and profiles;
Good knowledge in Portuguese labor law, and compensation systems;
Specific knowledge about International Hiring and VISA issuance process, is preferred;
Previous experience working with an ATS software (preferable);
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools;
Proactivity and collaborative mind-set;
High customer orientation and consulting skills;
Solid English skills, both written and spoken (min. B2);
Very good communication skills and ease in networking;
Eagerness to learn and grow;
Intercultural sensitivity;
International experience valued (e.g., Erasmus).
