Provide HR Support to the head of the department, and respective management team in the areas of organizational development, training and development, performance management, career development, rewards and recognition and engagement, among others, Maintain corporate systems updated with all, termination, promotions, compensation and current organizational structure and staff, Comply with all regulations, manuals, safety, health and environment codes as well as corporate guidelines, Provide support to the human resources projects and initiatives Support employee engagement activities Provide administrative support in the development and delivery of HR solutions, programs and processes Point of contact for employee questions and guidance regarding a variety of HR processes, including benefits, terminations, HR programs and policies, etc.
Provide regular HR reporting, including Org Charts, Head count, etc.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or related fields HR background and experience (min 3 years) Strong communication skills Ability to work under pressure Maintains the highest level of confidentiality in dealing with employee and company information Fully bilingual (English and Spanish)Excellent business partnering skills, ability to persuade and influence business leadersStrong analytical skills with attention to detail and follow-throughExcellent Communication & Relationship Building skillsAbility to deal with ambiguity and high pace of workingHigh customer orientation including prompt response to emails/ queries.Interpersonal sensitivityTeam player
