General Information:
HR Business Partner includes developing, introducing, and administering assigned programs, advising employees regarding related procedures and policies, and ensuring appropriate and effective implementation. It also consists of designing and implementing measures to improve employee/Company relations and ensuring compliance with related laws and regulations.
Manage operations and direct the research, planning, design, development, introduction and administration of human resource policies and programs. Direct the development and implementation of effective cost initiatives and measures to ensure utmost customer satisfaction. Foster and enable the professional development of staff.
Your Responsibilities:
Advises managers and employees on sensitive labor and employee relations matters, including grievance and arbitration procedures, performance issues and disciplinary actions; advises and assists managers in identifying employee relations issues and determining appropriate course of action.Manage physical and human resources and direct the planning, development and administration of cost-effective human resource policies and programs responsive to changing conditions and in accordance with Company policies and philosophy. Promote and play a key role in developing and introducing advanced human resource initiatives.Direct the investigation of various issues and complaints, and the development and introduction of practices to promote positive employee and management relations. Counsel, guide and assist senior management on human resource matters that have the potential for significant impact on the Company and its workforce.Remain cognizant of new opportunities and developments in the human resource field and of related laws and regulations. Evaluate impact, recommend, develop and initiate responsive programs and actions. Establish and maintain internal and external contacts to ensure awareness of pertinent issues, programs and developments and to enhance the organization's ability to take timely and effective actions.Foster development of staff. Promote and ensure fair and equitable treatment, manage and document performance, and initiate responsive measures. Your Background:
Bachelor's degree in human resource administration or related field and 12 to 16 years of experience, or alternatively, a special combination of education and experience and/or demonstrated.Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States.
