　　In this role you will:

　　Drive the business and constructively challenge leadership, employees and HR partners for purposes of improving outcomes or processes and coach all levels of management.Partner with the Global HRBP for our R&D team to deliver on our global people strategy and operational plan.Lead product craft initiatives and programs, partnering with other HR Business Partners and key stakeholders as needed. (approx 30% of role)Improve manager capability through 1:1 coaching and/or focused organisational interventionsSupport your client groups by using your communication, coaching, and organisation design skills to influence managers and execute on the R&D HR strategy.Lead people managers through core HR processes/programs (performance management, compensation planning etc.), providing insightful analytics and recommending actions to clients.Partner with other HR areas to initiate, develop and deliver HR solutions.
