Role Description, Qualifications, and Desired Skills:
The Governance, Operations, Analytics and Transformation team is part of the Global Human Resources (GHR) organization. The primary focus of our team is to deliver workforce reporting and analytic solutions through advanced consultation in addition to ensuring strong data governance across GHR of worker data per Enterprise standards.
The HR Analytics & Data Gov Cons I will be responsible for on-going management of the sourcing and distribution of GHR data in the GHR Data Warehouse and Authorized Data Source.
Responsibilities include:
• Review/approval of access to GHR data.
• Data interrogation
• Partner with GHR Technology to investigate/resolve data issues.
• Drive business requirements of GHR data sourcing/distribution.
• Perform testing of GHR data sourcing/distribution.
• Partner with HR Business Partners to support strategic analysis and data requests
• Ad hoc requests
Enterprise Role Overview
Working closely with HR Analytics & Data Governance managers to develop, implement, and maintain reporting, analytics and data governance capabilities & processes to meet evolving demands beyond standard product offerings.
Required Skills:
• Ad-hoc SQL writing
• Minimum 3+ years of HR or relatable reporting analyst experience
• Proficiencies in Microsoft Office products (Word, PowerPoint) required; must have strong MS EXCEL skills (familiar with formulas, complex pivot tables, data manipulation, filtering, lookups)
• Performance consulting skills including the ability to identify performance gaps by asking the right questions
• MUST be comfortable with technology/system solutions
• MUST have strong data orientation and analytic skills, demonstrating strong, basic statistical skills, as well as the ability to apply a combination of inductive and deductive reasoning to examine information, interpret results and arrive at well founded, logical conclusions
• MUST have strong written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelors' Degree is preferred; will consider strong experience in lieu of degree
