Our eMobility segment is currently seeking an HR data analyst to support our Tczew, Poland and Montrottier, France locations for a 1 year assignment. This position will be responsible for both establishing sustainable data related processes and reporting for these sites to support Eaton's talent strategy and operational health, and also complete weekly, monthly, quarterly data analyses for both sites as directed by manager.
Role & Responsibilities:
• Conducts meetings with stakeholders to understand and resolve business challenges with people analytic insights
• Identify and establish opportunities to enhance HR reporting processes, tools, and methodologies to increase efficiency and effectiveness
• Define, plan, and provide milestones for project work as assigned in support of team objectives
• Share technical expertise & directly train on systems and methodologies with broader HR team that create sustained processes across EMEA eMobility locations
• Drive sustainability in projects by establishing processes around creation and maintenance of reporting for key people data, for example: Overtime, absenteeism, turnover, headcount, etc. in alignment with standard templates
• Conduct data audits regularly to ensure accuracy and corrective actions needed for sustained improvement
• Complete weekly, monthly, quarterly data analyses for both sites as directed by manager
• As assignment progresses, may be assigned additional special request reporting and analyses activities and/or projects, as needed, for broader locations with eMobility global footprint
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
2 years of experience working in data analytics
Skills:
Experience leading projects and audits
Experience with tools such as Power BI
Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel
Strong qualitative skills
Capable of gathering and understanding business requirements and translating them into analytics to provide relevant insights
Able to handle large, confidential data sets with integrity and accuracy
Analytical mindset - able to drive meaning from data, metrics, and trends
Ability to contibute to multiple projects simultaneously
Experience in manufacturing or working in an industrial organization
Knowledge of relevant local/state/federal/provincial employment laws related to data privacy
