Here at GXO, we are currently on the search for a HR Advisor to join our team on the Coop contract, based in Avonmouth. As a HR Advisor, you will provide HR support and guidance in Avonmouth and a range of people related matters including, recruitment, development and employee relations.
This position is being offered on a full time, permanent basis, working Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 16:00

We're looking tooffer a salary of up to£35,000 per annum. In addition, you'll get 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. What you'll do on a typical day:
Support, coach and advise key stakeholders on all HR issues, including investigations, disciplinaries, grievances, appeals, absence management, performance management along with any other HR queries Assist in devising and implementing colleague communication and HR strategies across the contract as well as working collaboratively with Trade Union Representatives Coordinate with the central and local HR teams to ensure a robust end to end recruitment process Responsible for reporting contract data in a timely manner and identify data trends and patterns to the HR Lead Support and complete payroll for Avonmouth and Andover when required
What you need to succeed at GXO:
Proven experience in a similar HR Advisory role. A CIPD isn't necessarily essential but would certainly help Experience of working in a fast-paced environment would really help you in this role - no two days will be the same and you will need the ability to think on your feet A positive attitude is a MUST - we work hard, so we need to make sure we love the environment we work in and make sure this flows throughout our workforce
