We are looking for a HR Administrator to join us on a full-time, 12-month secondment basis at our JD Sports site in Dublin, D11. You'll be helping to take care of allHR administration and queries that occur on-site as well as ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.You will be working mostly Monday - Friday, 9am till 5:30pm.

What you'll do on a typical day: Support the recruitment of a range of roles through room bookings, compiling adverts, arranging interviews, liaising with temporary staff agency and dealing with all correspondence, supporting with interviews as required Set up employee files for new starters, ensure personnel files are accurate, audited, and archived in line with GDPR records Ensure that all probationary assessments take place for employees during their probationary period Any other ad-hoc HR related tasks including creating reports, employee engagement activities and similar
What you need to succeed at GXO: Past HR administrative experience Good use of Microsoft Office - Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint Demonstrate excellent organisational skills/prioritise workload effectively Takes ownership of processes and responsibility for own workload Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
