THE ROLE
To contribute and be part of the team responsible for the support and execution of data management/customer services activities, ensuring that output is accurate and on time. Your responsibilities may be focused on HR Administration processes and Customer Care services and you will be flexible supporting either as or when required.
R ESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure that Data Management is performed accurately and on timeEnsure Tickets and Calls are responded within SLA timescales and to a high standard
Follow Detailed Working Instructions (DWIs) and highlight any gaps/inconsistencies in the documentationWorking knowledge of systems and tools to perform daily tasksAbility to recognize and deal appropriately with sensitive and confidential informationSuccessful completion of all learning objectivesAll system issues/defects are reported correctly and tickets are logged with the necessary details and evidences so Application Services and/or Products can investigate
Time Recording to be completed accurately and on timeAlight Security Standards are understood and adhered toContribute to team meetings and raise any issues immediately to your Service ManagerEnsure you are up to date with all Alight HR announcementsParticipates in projects as needed and assigned
REQUIREMENTS
Basic understanding of MS Office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPointFlexibility to support a global and fast paced environmentAttention to detailExcellent written and verbal skills
Self-motivated and a willingness to learnAbility to work both individually and in a Team
Essential:
High School/University diploma or equivalent
High level of English spoken and written allowing every day work communication in this language
Desired:
Experience in customer service or working with HR and payroll dataAdditional language(s) as required for a specific position
