Duties:

Guest room inspections will guarantee top-quality experiences.
You'll oversee Preventative Maintenance Programs, maintaining high visibility throughout the property.
Regular meetings with department heads will keep everyone aligned on goals.
You'll lead weekly and monthly staff meetings, ensuring everyone is on the same page.
Administrative tasks, inventory management, staffing, training, and budgeting will be in your capable hands.
Your strategic mindset will maximize profitability across all departments.
Ensuring quality and a high level of guest and associate experience will be your mission.
You'll be proficient in using property management systems, credit card processing, and point of sale equipment.
Analyzing hotel performance metrics, making recommendations, and implementing changes are essential.
You'll provide leadership support to the sales team and actively contribute to the hotel's annual Marketing plan.
Building strong relationships with the local community and organizations is crucial.
Staying informed about industry trends and maintaining excellent knowledge of local competition will set you up for success.
You'll ensure all Brand standards are met and stay updated on Brand requirements, standards, and changes.
Monitoring and evaluating Franchise loyalty program procedures will be a part of your responsibilities.
You'll ensure compliance with Company Accounting Department policies and processes, including managing accounts receivables and payables.

Position Requirements:
REQUIREMENTS:
You must have a minimum of three (3) years of hotel management experience (with at least one year as a General Manager).
Effective verbal and written communication skills in English are essential.
You should be willing and able to sign Company non-disclosure and non-compete agreements.
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays based on business needs is required.
Proficiency in tools, spreadsheets, and data analysis methods is a must.
Experience in journal entries, accruals, profit and loss statements, and general ledgers is highly desirable.
You should be skilled at effectively interacting with a diverse group of individuals at all organizational levels.
