Nestled in Atlanta's historic Brookhaven neighborhood, we boast an exquisite 18-hole golf course, a variety of unique dining venues, and world-class swim, tennis, and fitness facilities. We are currently seeking hosts/hostesses to join our team. Whether you're looking for part-time or full-time employment, our dining rooms await your presence. Requirements:
Minimum age of 18
Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
Ability to excel both independently and as part of a team
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Previous experience as a host/hostess or in a customer service role is preferred, with fine dining or private club experience being a bonus
Attention to detail and the capability to perform tasks with minimal supervision
Proficiency in accurately entering data into our reservation/point-of-sale system
A high-energy and positive personality
Work Schedule:
Shifts vary, with part-time applicants committing to a minimum of 20 hours per week and full-time applicants committing to a minimum of 30 hours per week. This includes both long days and late nights, so flexibility is key.
Key Responsibilities:
Warmly greet and seat members promptly
Perform walkthroughs of dining areas, ensuring seating arrangements are impeccable
Manage reservation lists and make necessary callbacks
Prepare menus for service, ensuring they are in perfect condition
Collaborate with managers and chefs regarding daily specials and updates
Create server floor plans and assign side work with guidance from the Manager on Duty
Attend training sessions and staff meetings, including daily pre-shift lineups
Communicate effectively with servers and managers about reservation arrivals and any changes
Offer assistance to members and fellow staff members as needed, including running food, providing beverage service, clearing tables, and other tasks that may benefit from your support
Compensation:
$13-$15 per hour
Comprehensive benefits package available (requires minimum 90 days of full-time employment): health, dental, vision insurance; retirement plan; paid time off
