Position Overview
We are looking for a great talent for Hong Kong Sales Organization, with passion, mission to deliver and vision to play impact.
Responsibilities
Lead and support the activities of sales team, including hiring, coaching, developing talent, team culture and performance managementPlans and directs all sales activities including planning, managing forecasts, building the pipeline, executing on policies, as well as staffing and talent development of the sales force. Promote a team culture that embraces Autodesk's valuesCollaborate across organizations and engage appropriate internal resources from AutodeskEstablishes short and long term goals and quotas in line with corporate objectives that generate new business and develops and maintains customer relationships. Execute strong business practicesEstablish and sustain effective long term customer relationshipsAssist reseller in developing sales and marketing plans related to Autodesk's CBI & industry solutionsProvide insight to internal organizations on market direction, customer needs, product requirements and business opportunitiesCollaborate with other internal organizations and coordinate internal resources as neededEnsure CRM tools and Autodesk methodologies are leveraged to process and track opportunitiesEncourage innovation by exchanging new ideas to improve operation and efficiency within sales and the supporting organizations
Minimum Qualifications
8 + years of sales, plus leadership experience with a demonstrable track record of achieving or exceeding sales goalsProven team leadership skills, managing large teams through multiple management layers with creativity and a proactive approach to conflict resolution, mentoring, coaching, recognition and performance managementDemonstrated success in working with the Channel, Marketing, Customer Success and other key internal stakeholders to achieve sales goalsSuperior communication and interpersonal skills; the ability to build relationships at multiple levels and to work cross-organizationally towards solutionsStrong influencing skills and ability to deliver results in a matrixed organization Effective Project Management leadership experienceExcellent Problem-Solving SkillsDemonstrated ability to grasp the technical aspects of the business (i.e. deeply understanding the products and services in order to achieve and maximize sales results)Able to adapt and evolve with changing priorities and business initiativesA highly motivated, results-oriented, self-critical
