As a Client Manager you will join a team covering predominantly our Northeast region High Net Worth Families. You will lead a team of 9 to 11 Relationship Managers promoting the growth, loyalty, retention, and value creation of their assigned book of business.
The Wealth Management business line strives to build on Vanguard's legacy to revolutionize the Wealth Management industry, be a trusted partner to our most profitable clients and their families, and give them the best long term outcomes. This position follows a hybrid working model and is based out of Malvern, PA
In this role you will:
Have the opportunity to collaborate with leaders across Wealth Management client experience journeys and key business partners to:Attract talent and establish your team to drive business health and client centricity Partner with business leaders to establish goals and drive accountability for objectives and key results Support our strategy to become the most client-centric Retail Direct provider for UHNW clients analyzing key metrics to monitor and measure client experience, building a comprehensive client listening/outreach strategy for your book of business via combination of phone, video-conference and in-person meetings with clients, conduct closed loop feedback process to fuel C/X investments and local problem-solving. Experiment, Innovate and Develop action within your teams to continuously improve client loyalty through problem-solving and Continuous Improvement Plans in collaboration with team and business partnersWhat it Takes:Minimum of five years related work experience. Three years experience in Financial Services and Relationship Management preferred. Previous people leadership experience preferred.Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience. Graduate degree preferred. This job requires FINRA series 7,66 & 24 regulatory license and/or registration (e.g. FINRA, state, SFC). These will be determined by Compliance based on role-specific duties.
