Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to work for a leader in the financial industry. This person will be responsible for making 50-60 inbound client calls each day. The responsibilities will also include scheduling adherences, breaks, and lunches for clients. They will also help find solutions for any complex problems that these Hight Net Worth clients with 250K+ assets are dealing with. Overall, they will be creating high customer loyalty and provide great customer support.
Field 50-60 inbound client calls
Engaging with customers, via inbound calls, responding to their inquiries, and providing product and service level guidance
Assist with transaction/problem resolution for high-net-worth clients who have assets of $250,000 to $1M
Processing customer requests to include options, equities, mutual funds and fixed income trades and other specialized monetary requests
Skills and Requirements
To be eligible for consideration of this role, your primary residence must be located within a 90 miles of Henderson, NV
Hold an ACTIVE Series 7 license
2-3 years of previous experience working in the financial services industry
Broad-based knowledge and understanding of general financial planning concepts
Proven customer service, client support and problem-resolution skills Series 63 License null
