POSITION SUMMARY
We're seeking a motivated and strategic marketing communications professional to lead all aspects of communications for our Human Health facing IT organization. The ideal candidate is action-oriented, accountable, and experienced in creating and executing measurable and impactful communications that support technology and business objectives, as well as drive stakeholder engagement. You'll have a passion for creative storytelling, leadership experience, and the ability to drive initiatives in complex, matrix organizations. Your role will focus on engaging stakeholders, amplifying products, and increasing employee commitment to our internal products and capabilities. Should be able to forge relationships quickly and build trust with others to drive organizational change on key initiatives and act as coach and consultant to those needing tools and techniques to drive change in their areas.
Key Responsibilities include:
Creating and leading the internal communication and marketing strategy for the HH IT organization, aligned with broader IT and Corporate communication strategy.Creating visibility and awareness of HH IT products and global impact through traditional and non-traditional communication methods and channels, such as video, digital, social media, and other marketing collateral.Leading a team responsible for executing the HH IT Marketing and Communications strategy, utilizing modern and cutting-edge communication techniques.Partnering with HH IT and IT leadership to share impactful material that illustrates our value proposition.Ensure HH IT led events (e.g., Town Halls, webcast forums, internal and external speaking engagements), are successfully planned and executed. Includes developing content and copy, coordinating event logistics, hosting live events, and providing overall event support.Developing and measuring communications-related performance metrics to assess effectiveness and business impact.Proactively collaborate with HH IT teams and to create engaging, modern visual content to elevate the division, teams, products and individuals across multiple media and channels.Managing partner agencies and suppliers for communication program development and execution.Collaborating with IT and Corporate Communications leads on divisional or enterprise-wide programs and initiatives.Lead organization in understanding and driving change management support, coaching and subject matter expertise through methodologies, tools and templatesExpected to lead team in proactively working through broader organization to understand needs on key initiatives and partner to change culture and behaviors where requiredLiaison with HH and Global IT Change Management teams
Qualifications:
At least 10-12 years of experience in marketing communications, business or brand communications, or related field.Experience in developing and executing marketing communication strategies and plans.Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft strategic, targeted messaging across different mediums.Trained and experience in practicing organizational change management methodology.

Ability to lead others, even without a direct reporting relationship.Strategic thinker with a hands-on attitude for execution.Experience in a large, matrix global organization or agency, preferably in technology, healthcare, or related industries.Experience working with or in regions outside the United States.Cross-cultural and cross-functional agility.Tenacious, persuasive, and adaptable.Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet strict timelines and budgets.Extremely organized with a bias for action.Ability to deal with uncertainty and possess perseverance, determination, and strong listening skills.
