What will you be doing in this role?The Program Administrator is responsible for planning, implementing and administering the day-to-day operations of a recognized organizational and/or significant departmental program in an Academic Setting. The Program Administrator has the authority to make independent decisions related to program administration and contributes to the strategic planning, design, development and implementation of program objectives, procedures, processes and standards.
Proposes, develops, coordinates, and organizes resources to meet program objectives and maintenance.
Partners and collaborates with leadership and key stakeholders on proposed scope and/or process changes to the program.
Researches, gathers, and summarizes data from various sources to evaluate program performance and/or program operations.
Maintains data system integrity and ensures quality assurance measures are followed based on departmental standard operating procedures.
Ability to handle multiple demands and/or manage complex and competing priorities.
Ability to work with tight timeframes and meet strict deadlines.
Ability to demonstrate time management and priority-setting skills.
Ability to identify problems and resourcefulness to resolve them independently and on own initiative.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; excellent organization skills and very detail-oriented; learns new tasks quickly; self-motivated; work well independently with minimal supervision; works well with others; able to multi-task.

Qualifications
Education:
High School Diploma or GED required
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Experience:
A minimum of 3 years of Project Support experience required
Strong proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) required
