Insight Global is looking for a Help Desk Support I to provide technical assistance, troubleshooting issues, and offering solutions to users. Skills and Requirements
1+ Years of Tier 1 Desktop Support
Provide support to service desk requests-Provide auto and network support, for desktop and software devices
Strong Communication Skills
Ability to work Independently and in a team environment Bachelor Degree in IT/Cybersecurity or related field null
