Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a meticulous Help Desk Analyst II in Fitchburg, Wisconsin. This role involves providing support to MacOS and Linux systems, utilizing Zendesk and other ticketing systems for problem-solving, and maintaining a customer-focused approach to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
• Provide support for MacOS and Linux systems, troubleshooting issues and ensuring systems run smoothly
• Utilize Zendesk and other ticketing systems to manage, prioritize, and resolve IT support tickets
• Apply problem-solving skills to identify, investigate, and resolve technical issues
• Maintain a customer-focused approach, prioritizing customer satisfaction and delivering high-quality customer support
• Follow established processes and procedures to ensure consistent and efficient operations
• Provide customer support for Mac computers, troubleshooting hardware and software issues as needed
• Collaborate with the customer success team to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Assist with basic troubleshooting tasks and help customers navigate our products and services
• Track trouble tickets and follow up with customers to ensure issues have been resolved
• Continuously improve customer experience and satisfaction by proactively identifying potential issues and solutions. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Help Desk Analyst role or similar
• Proficient in Mac OS and Mac Computers
• Familiarity with Linux
• Experience with Zendesk or similar customer support software
• Strong understanding of Basic Troubleshooting and Trouble Tickets
• Proven track record in Customer Support, Customer Success, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Experience
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks concurrently
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
