Job Purpose and Summary:
These functions include regulatory deliverables, HEDIS activities and reporting and other quality improvement activities. Provide support to staff and communicate with departments across the health plan to facilitate daily quality improvement (QI) functions. Collaborate with all internal and external stakeholders in identifying , developing, and implementing innovative programs and initiatives to improve outcomes. Analyze data, develop reports . Coordinate engagements to increase HEDIS, CAHPS, and UAS measure improvement projects.
Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities:Assisting Exe. Director Medicare Strategy to make business decisions based on the results of research and data analysis.Support Sr . Analyst, Manager, Sr. Manager, Lead Director with projects/ programs with cross functional teams, assist business units in integrating quality into their strategic and operational plans.Develops materials to simplify communication of complex concepts and data, translating highly technical data into compelling, digestible visual storytelling aids .Bring all lines of business together to show a unified Aetna to external partners. Required Qualifications :2+ years of relevant programming or analytic experience.2+ years data gathering, interpretation & analysis, data presentation.2+ years in a managed care industry. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in data analysis, statistics, MS excel, and other language programsOverall understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, Duals, IFP Quality and Health Plan Quality management experienceExperience with HEDIS and quality measure improvement strategy.Effective communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work cross-organization, cross-discipline, and across all levels of the organizationAbility to drive clarity out of complex technical information, identify and solve for blockers, and effective collaboration skills to keep projects moving forwardDemonstrated experience building visual presentations, reports, and various types of communicationTranslates knowledge of subject and business needs into clear strategic business plans. The typical pay range for this role is:
$40,600.00 - $87,500.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
