  Job Description

  Responsible for providing leadership, and support services to develop and enhance new and existing Healthcare + facilities accounts programs and tools. Provides national support to individual regions and accounts in the implementation and improvement of systems, standards, and processes to ensure consistency of Aramark?s operating programs and consistency of Aramark?s operating capability from one facility to the next.

  Reports directly to Support Director Center of Excellence.

  Essential Functions

  Functions as a Subject Matter Expert in at least one of the following service lines, and within twelve months must become proficient in at least one other service line listed below, with the intent to be able to provide support in all lines of service.

  Environmental ServiceLinen/Laundry ServiceOperations and MaintenanceTransportation Services (internal and external)Supports the Aramark Programs through, training, virtual and onsite.Supports Aramark approved vendors for equipment, supplies products.Supports Aramark facility programs to include Absolute Success Elements, program assessments and Aramark approved CMMS through Facility Fit Pro.Provide national support to computerized maintenance management system relative to system operation, development upgrades, enhancements and or training.Perform on site services to new mobilizations, and support to existing facilities as directed by the Healthcare + Director of Support CoEAll Service Lines:Provide support to the Center of Excellence Project Managers, Regional staff and Operations teams for new facility management mobilizations and ensure the full implementation of Aramark's operating programs.Initial set-up of facility data in Facility Fit Pro (buildings, employees, shifts)Physical inventory of spaces collecting square footage, surfaces, and fixture data and entering in the Facility Fit Pro ProgramAdd personnel in the People Module of Facility Fit ProUtilize technical expertise to evaluate Aramark's operating program standards, measure performance and recommend solutions in order to enhance or improve operations.Leads mobilizations as directed by the Center of Excellence Director of SupportWorks with Project Manager assigned to the mobilization and prepares operational and budget trackers to ensure a smooth on time and on budget mobilization.Directs and leads per diem workforce, and other personnel assigned to the mobilization.

  Environmental Services

  Proficient in Aramark approved software to measure floor plans for building inventory and download into Ararmk approved software.Proficient in importing documents to the Aramark approved CMMS for inventory and personnel.Proficiency in conducting the building inventory for Environmental Service per Aramark procedures approved by the Director of Support. Able to walk inventory a minimum of 60,000 square feet per day.Proficiency in writing employee task (Cleaning) schedules in Facility Fit Pro per processes defined by the Director of Support. Able to write at least ten employee schedules per day.Proficient in converting employee task schedules to one page documents and training others.Proficient in Aramark electronic scheduling implementation and training.Is proficient in the Aramark training process.Can implement and train on Aramark approved CMMS (FFP) workorder system for Environmental Service.Able to align labor productivity to CMMS and budget.Assemble equipment as directed.Provide Aramark Training to cleaning procedures for daily cleaning and floor care.Provide training to the Aramark CMMS Facility Fit ProProficient in implanting and training to Aramark Project CalendarProficient in implementing and training to Aramark Inspection Process.Proficient in implementing and training to the Aramark Position Summary Days Off Roster Managers Report and Sign in SheetsWorks with existing vendor relationships for Aramark approved equipment: Taski, Square Scrub, USAC,Works with Aramark Supply Chain: Veritiv, Ecolab, North American, Waxie, GraingerProvide interim management as needed.Proficient in cleaning regulatory and infection control requirementsProficient financial skills in labor management and supply expensesAble to write Environmental Service Policies and ProceduresAble to conduct Environmental Service Program Assessment for site adherence to the Aramark Program and standards as directed.Able to conduct preparatory Joint Commission Assessments

  Laundry and Linen Operations

  Write Linen/laundry schedules based on productivity standards.Provide training to linen/laundry personnel.Provide interim management as needed.Proficient labor management skillsProficient financial skills in laundry and linen purchasingProficient working knowledge of linen/laundry regulatory and infection control requirementsAble to write laundry and linen policies and procedures.Proficient in implementing and training to the Aramark Position Summary Days Off Roster Managers Report and Sign in SheetsAble to conduct Laundry and Linen Program Assessment for site adherence to the Aramark Program and standards as directed.Able to conduct preparatory Joint Commission Assessments

  Operations and Maintenance

  Proficient in Aramark approved software to measure floor plans for building inventory and download into Aramark approved software.Proficient in importing documents to the Aramark approved CMMS for inventory and personnel.Proficient in conducting a physical inventory of building equipment to be included in the ongoing Preventive maintenance (PM) Program. (Includes labeling, collection of descriptive data, establishing asset record in Facility Fit Pro, and Setting Risk Factors and Tier Levels)Production rate: 80-100 assets per day or 150K sqft per wk. Generating the initial set of Preventive Maintenance work requests,Reviewing and tailoring (in coordination with the facility maintenance staff) the PM task descriptions and frequencies for specific facility needs,Providing basic Facility Fit Pro user orientation to maintenance staff.Proficient in Aramark electronic scheduling applications for Operations and Maintenance implementation and training.Provide training to the Aramark CMMS Facility Fit Pro for management and administrative personnel.Documenting physical appearance and condition of the building and equipment at time of our contract start.Provide interim management as needed.Proficiency in Operations and Maintenance regulatory requirementsPurchased services management proficiency.Financial proficiency in labor, supplies purchased service and vendor management.Proficient in implementing and training to the Aramark Position Summary Days Off Roster Managers Report and Sign in SheetsAble to write policies and procedures for Operations and Maintenance.Able to conduct Operations and Maintenance Program Assessment for site adherence to the Aramark Program and standards as directed.Able to conduct preparatory Joint Commission Assessments

  Transportation

  Inventory transport locations for the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)Write transport schedules based on productivity standards.Train transporters in proper transport movement and safety proceduresProvide interim management as needed.Proficiency in transport regulatory requirementsProficient in implementing and training to the Aramark Position Summary Days Off Roster Managers Report and Sign in SheetsAble to write policies and procedures for transportation.Financial proficiency in labor, supplies and vendor management.Able to conduct Transportation Program Assessment for site adherence to the Aramark Program and standards as directed.Able to conduct preparatory Joint Commission Assessments Use operational expertise to pilot and implement new and existing systems and technologies.Publish and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for each specific line of service.Represent Healthcare + Center of Excellence in the development, testing, and piloting of new technology, programs, and systems.Develop, implement, and maintain Facilities resources such as the Aramark.net, OPX Facilities website, Benchmarks, Program Audits, and improvements to the Survey process and costing tool.Assist in the development, implementation, and facilitation of technical training programs for Healthcare + Facilities Front Line managers and employees.Assess and monitor select accounts through compliance audits such as the Absolutes Success Elements, Focus Accounts, and Program Assessments to ensure compliance with our client contracts, OSHA, Life Safety, and other local, state, and federal regulations, and financial obligations.Assist in the development and support of Training Centers of Excellence.Collaborate nationally with the Healthcare + Region and Growth Teams to support selected new facilities sales efforts through conducting new business surveys and assistance in the development of business models for potential client opportunities.Collaborate nationally with the Healthcare + Region and Growth Teams to support facilities programs in selected retention efforts.Document observations and recommendations with formal reporting methods for client and internal audiences.Exemplify Aramark?s safety culture and participate in Aramark SAFE practices.Adhere to all established systems and training programs to provide a safe working environment.Comply with OSHA, EPA, and other local, state, and federal regulations.Maintain compliance with Aramark?s standards of operation, Compliance Reporting and Business Conduct Policies.

  Other duties as assigned.

  Qualifications

  Managers should have five to seven years of management and technical experience in Facilities Management related field.Prior healthcare facility support service experience.Bachelor?s degree with a minimum 7 years of experience in facilities managementProfessional Associations preferred with AHE ASHE ALMSurvey knowledge of Joint Commission standards

  Working Hours

  Work ten day rotations as directed for mobilizations or site support.Normal work week travels to site on Mondays arriving as early as possible to site locations, returning on Friday to ensure greatest value of onsite time to committed project.Travel: 75%

  Compensation

  COMPENSATION: The salary rate for this position ranges from $82,060.00 to $135,399.00 depending on circumstances including an applicant?s skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, prior job experience, market data, and other relevant factors. This is Aramark?s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

  If hired, employee will be in an ?at-will position? and Aramark reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time AND FOR ANY REASON, including, BUT NOT LIMITED TO for reasons related to individual performance, Aramark or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
