Achieved sales target by product promotion through doctor calls, ensuring doctor visits in specified company norms, product availability (chemist and Stockiest), proper implementation of company strategies which would help achieving targets, monitoring sales through secondary data analysis, closing.
• Executed company strategies such as conducting CME for Patients, nursing staff, arranging seminars & conferences for Doctors in order to communicate benefits of product, launching of new product, current Medical Scenario in particular segment etc as per plan to help promote company brand and achieve business targets
• Managed Distribution Chain (chemist, stockist and C&F Units) to ensure apt inventory at all levels ensuring availability, avoiding out of stock
• Conducted Market Scan - analysis of positioning of our product in the market compared to other competitor products in the same segment, not only in terms of sales but gathering information of the promotional strategies, pricing and other similar information of the competitor products
• Analysis through MCL - sales and closing analysis, daily reports, Individual product Sale analysis, Planning of sale for future, YTD and other sales review formats
• Conducted secondary data analysis of sales to monitor market trends and gather inputs.
