  Description and Requirements

  As a Healthcare Account Executive for Lenovo, you will be responsible for driving revenue, profit and customer satisfaction across a territory of assigned large health systems in the Northeast. You will also be responsible for evangelizing and selling the differentiators of a Lenovo Healthcare solution. You will champion the innovative power of our products and services to make large Healthcare organizations more productive, collaborative and transformative. You will develop strategies to acquire new Healthcare customers, which means finding and implementing the best solutions will be critical to this role. This is a client facing sales role requiring industry experience, with expertise in building C level relationships, and solution selling.

  Responsibilities:

  Manage a retention and development territory of approximately 50-100 large target Healthcare provider accounts.

  Achieve revenue and profitability objectives.

  Develop the sales strategy and set aggressive goals to acquire new customers to Lenovo.

  Develop high level relationships (C-level) to serve as a trusted consultant to customers.

  Understand and adapt to Lenovo’s ongoing product and services developments.

  Build complex sales strategy to ensure both long and short term goals, targets and quotas are met.

  Basic Requirements:

  5+ years of successful Enterprise technology sales.

  5+ years of experience selling technology into the Healthcare vertical.

  Demonstrated track record of top performance with multi-million dollar quota.

  Travel to customer sites.

  Preferred Qualifications:

  Proven sales track record combined with a passion for winning business and developing relationships with new customers.

  Ability to communicate vertical messaging and products’ advantages that deliver unique value in the healthcare market.

  Ability to manage multiple complex sales engagements.

  The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.

  An ability to quickly grasp technical concept and ideas and translate these into solutions.

  Excellent communication skills - presentation, negotiation.

  The ability to work to aggressive targets and deadlines.

  Strong healthcare business acumen and analytical skills.

  The base salary range budgeted for this position is $150,000- $165,000. Individuals may also be considered for bonuses and/or commissions. Lenovo’s various benefits can be found at www.lenovobenefits.com.
