Position Summary:
Support day-to-day operations of pharmacies and clinics and lead certain aspects of those operations. Assume overall responsibility for providing training on the technical aspects of Health & Wellness to associates in order to execute company strategies and achieve financial targets. Provide district support for all operations related functions, including labor management, waste, training, standards, facility maintenance and risk management. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.
Essential Job Functions:
Act independently to solve problems and issues and formulate and give direction on ways to improve aspects of operations including inventory management and reduction of shrink.Observe and evaluate standards, conditions, and customer interactions; make recommendations, when appropriate, to gain efficiency and create a Customer 1st experienceAssist in rolling out new best practices and monitor compliance with those best practices.Problem-solve and provide feedback to division and other teams as needed on opportunities to improve operational efficiencies.Coach stores on return to stock and reverse distribution policies and practices.Employ scorecards (Optical Character Recognition (OCR), Reportal, etc.) and observations to validate best practices and behaviors are in place with all associates.Provide coaching, teaching and training to support action plans.Ensure associates receive the appropriate training and are capable of resolving certain issues independently.Ensure associates complete all required training programs (including web-based learning).Actively work with pharmacy practice coordinators and regional clinical directors to ensure the continued development of all H&W associates.Champion the six steps to retention.Collaborate with pharmacy practice coordinators on delivering overall goals/initiatives.Support store physical inventories and investigate discrepancies.Support compliance with recordkeeping and occurrence reporting.Support new clinic and/or pharmacy rollout.Travel to assist with new clinic and pharmacy rollouts.Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation.
Minimum Position Qualifications/Education:
High school graduate or GED3 years of The Little Clinic (TLC) patient care technician experience or experience as a Kroger level 3 or lead pharmacy technicianStrong attention to detailDemonstrated ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders and peer groupsExcellent leadership, team building, organization, problem-solving, computer and oral/written communication skillsProficient Microsoft Office skills
