Primary Responsibilities:
Assesses population health needs using audit tools, feedback from employees, and the client to develop and deploy appropriate well-being solutions and programming. Coordinates, develops, and delivers a range of health interventions to educate members on well-being, including an annual calendar of health improvement activities
Partners with the client, vendors, and community resources to execute on a workplace well-being strategy that will result in improving the health and resiliency of the employee population
Ensures familiarity with integrated products, programs and services in order to connect the employee population to their next best action
Builds, leads, and expands the client’s national network of Wellness Champions to localize & expand programming to other locations and departments
Coordinates health and well-being marketing and communications relating to the workplace’s physical and virtual spaces to promote healthy behaviors and health care engagement
Reports on engagement, referrals, workplace well-being initiatives, and results to demonstrate improvement in baseline metrics
Handles and stores all data in compliance with relevant data protection laws and policies (e.g. HIPAA, GDPR etc)
Responds to client suggestions, concerns, and complaints in a timely, professional, and consistent manner while providing the gold standard in customer service
Implements and follows all Workplace Well-being and client policies and procedures
Completes all assigned education coursework and trainings within the first 30 days of date of hire
Performs any other projects and responsibilities as required

Required Qualifications:
Any Graduate
Candidates with good experience in Marketing Communications and Campaign Marketing can also apply
Experience in developing both internal and external strategic partner relationships and collaboration
Ability to present information using a variety of techniques such as in-person, virtual, group, webinars
Sound knowledge of multiple communication channels, digital and physical, curating messaging to suit the audience
Shows innovation and creativity through problem-solving and decision making
Proven excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present information in a clear and compelling way.
