The Boeing Company is seeking a Health and Safety Specialist (Associate or Mid-Level) to support our Everett Site, contributing to workplace safety activities . You will be supporting regulatory compliance, high hazard operations, and company safety goals. This position is located in Everett, WA .
Position Responsibilities:
Supports the planning, implementation and assessment of occupational health and safety programs and processes
Conducts exposure monitoring and provides recommendations
Drafts health and safety programs that provide consistent approaches to risk reduction and compliance
Investigates safety and health incidents and complaints
Contributes to the completion of specific project milestones
Provides solutions to a variety of technical problems of moderate scope and complexity
Applies industrial hygiene techniques, standards, principles, theories, and concepts
Supports a variety of programs to include Commercial and Defense manufacturing
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor's degree
1+ years of experience in Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS)
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Degree in the following disciplines: Industrial Hygiene, Exposure Sciences, Environmental Health, or Health and Safety Management
3+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
1+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
1+ years of experience evaluating chemical or biological hazards in the work place
1+ years of experience performing industrial hygiene work within a manufacturing environment
Written and verbal communication skills
Typical Education/Experience:
Associate (Level 2)
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 2 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. Master, 6 year's related work experience, etc.).
Mid-Level (Level 3)
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD, Master+3 years' related work experience, 9 years' related work experience, etc.)

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range for Level 2: $80,750 – $109,250
Summary pay range for Level 3: $95,200 – $128,800
