Job Title : Head - Talent Acquisition (India & APAC)
Location : Bangalore / Mumbai
Schedule/Hours Worked : 45 hours / week.

Fill open positions. Leverage all the resources available to deliver targeted and innovative sourcing strategies.
Partner with marketing to work ahead increase the quality and volume of external candidates.
Lead data-driven, compliant, and effective operations. Manage and maintain scalable, repeatable, and measurable processes to meet hiring goals and mitigate risk. Lead the global talent acquisition team. Cultivating a high performing team of innovative and service-oriented talent acquisition professionals. Oversee the full-cycle recruitment processes (managing applications, candidate communications, interviews, and assessments, background check etc.) requirements while focused on creating an environment of continuous improvement. Regularly evaluate our interview process to ensure relevancy and best in class procedures. Manage all hiring assessments and technology platforms used to recruit and vet our applicants.Success is measured through leader and candidate NPS, TA key metrics and audit rate. Be accountable for measuring and reporting on the effectiveness of talent acquisition.
Develop a trusted relationship with all teams and leaders in order to achieve strong business collaboration.
Serve as CSC's recruiting subject matter expert and collaborate within HR and the business to enhance the talent acquisition experience for all stakeholders.
Stay informed on policies, processes and practices, and the work of the team to ensure that CSC remains compliant with all applicable laws and regulations concerning employment practices.
Manage relationships with third party vendors.

General Qualifications
Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent experience 20+ years of leading a high performing team in Talent Acquisition. Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects at the same time. Excellent organization, oral and written communication skills, and interpersonal skills. Strong project management and organization skills. Demonstrated team commitment and strong work ethic. Strong computer aptitude and proficiency in MS Office Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Key Attributes
