  What We’re Looking For: 

  You are a competitive person who thrives on relationship building and providing the best candidate experience from connection through onboarding. You have created programs and implemented analytical processes to accurately determine progress being made on the achievement of the TA strategy you set. You will have a track record of being a brand ambassador with an effective brand narrative to organically attract top talent that aligns with our culture at Skillz.

  What You Will Do: 

  Implement programs and strategic initiatives to attract top talent that aligns with the Skillz culture to ensure success within the organization and be an effective Skillz Ambassador Demonstrate success of the TA team through metrics and reporting Measure and maintain a high candidate satisfaction rating throughout the various stages of the candidate experience Dive deep into details to solve root-cause challenges within the organization Your Skillz:

  10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition with a proven track record of implementing effective strategies to attract talent Start-up or turn-around experience, combined with experience in a mid-size organization with a high-functioning TA department Experience in organizational design and annual planning for the company Proven track record of building/enhancing employer brand recognition Strong communication and influencing skills Proficient in ATS and other relevant HR tools to manage employee data, generate reports, and support HR processes Our Perks:
