We are a fast-growing design agency looking for a Head of Studio to lead our London-based team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing a team, fostering a collaborative culture and driving profitability. As Head of Studio, you will be responsible for the overall P&L of the studio, including client engagements, revenue recognition, margin, utilisation and accountability for the overall profitability.

Ensure the operational efficiency of the studio, overseeing the day-to-day running of the office and managing the team to deliver outstanding work on time and on budget. Hire and manage a talented team to the right size, craft, and experience to meet the needs of our clients. Promote pastoral wellbeing and ensure everyone in the studio feels valued, motivated, and supported. Identify opportunities for growth and work with senior management to implement strategic initiatives. Manage the intake of work for the Design teams, ensuring we have the right skills in place to meet the strategic goals of the business. Manage project scopes, timelines, and budgets for studio projects, liaising with Talent and Creative Resource Management on the hiring and management of freelance talent. Overall management of the studio space, ensuring it meets the needs of the team. Liaise with senior management on the financial management of the studio, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

Creative Excellence: You will be responsible for maintaining our reputation for delivering outstanding creative work.
