  About the Role:

  As a key member of our Marketing team, we're seeking an individual who embodies creativity, analytical depth, and leadership. If you have a history of crafting impactful marketing strategies, guiding performance marketers to excellence, and possessing an innate passion for data, this role is for you.   Join our Marketing team as a leader, spearheading consumer acquisition for our top-rated mobile apps and web platforms. Your primary focus will be on enhancing our digital marketing channels, but with the expansion of our offline presence in the upcoming years, you'll play a pivotal role in coordinating a seamless customer experience. Your expertise will be crucial in refining our marketing strategies and launching new avenues to meet our objectives.

   

  Responsibilities:

  Manage and optimize multi-million dollar budgets across all performance marketing channels to achieve set acquisition targets. Methodically test, launch, and scale growth channels, incorporating strategies like paid search, social campaigns, and mobile app promotions. Establish a systematic approach for spotting opportunities, prioritizing experiments, and overseeing project dependencies. Collaborate with Strategy & Operations to set budgetary, CAC, and LTV goals, consistently optimizing digital programs through experimentation. Lead the performance marketing team, monitor digital agency outputs, and partner with the Product team for continuous enhancement of the customer journey and marketing metrics.  

  Requirements:

  Ability to work in-office 3 days a week (T/W/Th) 10+ years of recent B2C digital marketing experience Proven background in managing and expanding multi-million dollar budgets Direct management experience in mentoring digital marketers Proficiency in paid search, paid social, landing page optimization, A/B testing, and digital analytics platforms Strong analytical abilities with a knack for drawing actionable insights from raw data Genuine curiosity for innovative growth marketing strategies and consumer behaviors Experience scaling a digital consumer mobile app or possessing multicultural and/or financial services experience would be beneficial Benefits & Perks:
