The Head of North Europe will be responsible for Asana’s GTM and Revenue Team in the Northern European Region (covering Nordics, Benelux). They will be responsible for contributing to the development of a full-funnel go-to-market playbook for all customer segments across sales, channel, customer success and services in partnership with Customer Success, Marketing and Channel leaders in the region. Reporting to the GM, EMEA, this role will be a key member of the EMEA Revenue Leadership Team. This role is based in our London office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. Along with most Asanas, you’ll work from this office in person on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. What you’ll achieve
Led our Revenue teams in the North Region (Nordics and Benelux) Develop a plan to win the category in North Europe (Benelux and Nordics) Own the GTM model for Enterprise and Strategic accounts across North Europe. Lead and grow the direct sales team and cross-functional partners to build a sustainable growth business Define and execute the partner strategy within the region Collaborate with Customer Experience to develop customer growth and retention strategies Collaborate with key business partners to create and execute a multi-year GTM plan to win Develop and execute Customer Journey from Land to Expand to Retain Establish and run a customer acquisition playbook to drive pipeline development and create feedback loops with a product to evolve the offering Evolve the account team playbook to support revenue growth objectives - through process optimisation and refinement About You
Track record of success scaling Sales Orgs covering Northern Europe (Nordics, and Benelux) Over 5 years Experience leading and scaling Enterprise and Corporate Sales teams 3 years + 2nd line plus experience leading Direct Teams of over 20 Operationally Strong, able to build own GTM, operating & talent plans and strong market knowledge specific to the Region Understanding of Product and Sales Growth Strategies Previous experience in SAAS, specifically in Collaboration, Work Management, Productivity or Business Application Intellectually curious, open-minded and intrinsically motivated by the greatest challenges Highly collaborative, effective partner across the team; comfortable operating within matrix management Low ego leader who can influence through smart, thoughtful communication and execution At Asana, we're committed to building teams that include a variety of backgrounds, perspectives, and skills, as this is critical to helping us achieve our mission. To ensure pay is fair and not impacted by biases, we're committed to looking at market value which is why we check ourselves and conduct a yearly pay equity audit.
For this role, the estimated base salary range is between £162,000 - £220,000. The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The listed range above is a guideline, and the base salary range for this role may be modified.
In addition to base salary, your compensation package may include additional components such as equity, sales incentive pay (for most sales roles), and benefits.
