KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Work with the Chief Commercial Officer in developing the regional revenue growth strategy and execute this with the NA COO teams.Create a sense of urgency, focusing intensely on clients and prospects.Lead and develop Sales, Relationship Management and Client Service teams ensuring a coordinated and collaborative approach to client management and revenue generation.Ensure strategic alignment between sales effort and long-term business goals.Build and maintain deep strategic relationships with clients and targets.Pro-actively lead significant deals. Identify prospects and implement sales strategies to meet aggressive net revenue growth targets.Cooperate with the Product Organization in developing value propositions that combine the best product capabilities and thought leadership State Street has to offer.Drive a solution's driven, client centric culture.Raise market profile and improve State Street's brand.Utilize industry network to penetrate market and bring on new customers across the full spectrum of investment servicing products.

Education & Preferred Qualifications
MBA or advanced degree preferredMinimum of 20 years of experience in strategic selling to and servicing institutionsProven track record and experience in driving and closing strategic, large scale sales opportunities Strong commercial mindset and ability to break down barriers to achieve financial goalsAbility to influence and work collaboratively with colleagues to drive business goalsExcellent communication skills and ability to work as one State StreetStrong knowledge and network of key contacts in the industryDeep understanding of complex investment servicing solutionsProven track record to successfully operate in different cultural and regional environments.Ability to operate effectively across all markets globally, with an understanding and appreciation for local nuances
Salary Range:
$300,000 - $412,500 Annual
