As the Head of IT Strategy, Portfolio, and Enterprise Architecture, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing our IT strategy, overseeing the IT portfolio, and defining the enterprise architecture to support our business objectives and growth. You will lead a team responsible for aligning technology initiatives with the company's overall goals, driving innovation, and ensuring efficient and effective use of IT resources.

Your responsibilities:
Develop and implement the IT strategy in alignment with business objectives, ensuring it supports Siemens Smart Infrastructure's vision and goals
Lead the IT portfolio management, overseeing projects, resources, and investments to optimize the IT landscape and ensure maximum value and efficiency
Align with Siemens Strategy, Business and Corporate functions’ strategy as well as with IT leadership
Define and maintain the enterprise architecture, ensuring it meets current and future business needs
Collaborate closely with senior leadership, business stakeholders, and IT teams to understand requirements, drive consensus, and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
Provide guidance and leadership in evaluating emerging technologies, assessing their potential impact on the business, and recommending adoption strategies where relevant
Establish governance frameworks, standards, and processes to maintain consistency, security, and scalability within the IT landscape
Mentor and develop an impactful team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and growth
Establish and drive a lean governance framework for enterprise architecture and data governance
Your skills:
University degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field
10+ years of experience in both strategic and operational senior roles within large international companies and/or consulting firms
Experience with large scale business transformation programs
In-depth knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks, such as TOGAF, and hands-on experience in their application within a large-scale organization
Strong business knowledge and the ability to align technology initiatives with business objectives
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire, influence and collaborate optimally across all levels of the organization
Demonstrated track record in leading and managing a distributed team, encouraging talent development, and crafting a high-performance culture
