Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 15 years of experience in digital media sales, digital advertising, or digital marketing. Experience with people management, leading, and developing a sales team.
Preferred qualifications: Experience influencing executive-level clients and stakeholders driving results in complex, agile environments.
Experience managing/developing sales teams to deliver results with a shared insight and purpose. Ability to tenaciously sell and propose creative technologies across a diverse landscape of decision makers.
Leadership in sales/operations management, strategic planning, and systems thinking. Ability to align strategies and deliver customer business outcomes.
Knowledge of Google Ad Solutions, video advertising (AI-powered Performance, CTV, Video) and key competitor landscapes across traditional/digital brand media advertising.
Understanding customer business objectives and ability to develop joint business plans in complex, ambiguous environments.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $185,000-$272,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
