Are you a marketing leader ready to shape the future of our brand and products? We're seeking a professional to play a pivotal role in defining and executing our Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies. As Head of GTM and Digital Product Marketing, you will be responsible for shaping the course of our marketing and launch efforts in alignment with our overarching business objectives.
Core Job Responsibilities:Go-to-Market Leadership: Lead the development of comprehensive go-to-market strategies that harmonize with Surgical Franchise and Digital strategy. Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, operations, regional marketing, and other franchise businesses, to ensure a unified and impactful approach.Strategic Commercial Planning and Execution: Craft and execute innovative and results-driven marketing campaigns, programs, and initiatives for the first (MVP) market launch. Harness market research, customer insights, and competitive analysis to pinpoint target markets, positioning, and messaging.Commercial Models: Working closely with Franchise and/or Commercial teams to define commercial models for digital products and platform including revenue, pricing strategies, cost-of-goods-sold (COGS) and contract execution. Provide global guidance for business/financial models and contracts.Promotional and Marketing Assets: Supervise the development of marketing assets in partnership with agency experts, upholding brand consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints. Maintain brand guidelines to guarantee that all marketing materials and communications reflect the company's core values and positioning in a strategic manner.Demand Generation: Collaborate closely with regional downstream sales and marketing teams to drive lead generation and demand creation initiatives across diverse channels, including digital marketing, content marketing, social media, industry congresses and events. Maintain annual global guidance documents and support regions with ongoing commercialization optimization.Product Launch Support: Lead and contribute to the planning and execution of successful product launches by orchestrating activities across departments for seamless execution. Develop comprehensive go-to-market plans, messaging, collateral, and sales enablement tools to support product launches and ongoing sales endeavors strategically.Market Research and Analysis: Stay at the forefront of market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape through ongoing market research and analysis. Utilize data and insights strategically to inform marketing strategies and drive data-driven decisions. Own claims and evidence generation, including Claims matrix and Key-opinion-leader engagement strategy.Budget Oversight: Take charge of managing the budget, deploying resources strategically, and optimizing spend to realize desired outcomes. Monitor and report on key performance metrics, delivering regular updates and strategic recommendations to the leadership team.Core Qualifications Include:7+ years of experience in marketing and/or go to market roles, preferably within the healthcare industry and/or digital health space.Proven experience in marketing management, with a focus on go-to-market strategies and execution.Strong knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics across various channelsDemonstrated success in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to leverage data and insights to drive decision-making.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and influence stakeholders.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strong leadership qualities and a proactive, self-motivated mindsetExcellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create engaging content and present ideas effectively.Passion for the digital health industry and a drive to make a positive impact on healthcareRecommended Education:Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, engineering or a related field (master's degree preferred)Note: Travel required 15%, may include international travel to offshore hub locations
