What's the role?
At HERE's Global HR Business Partner team, we blend strategy with action. Our diverse HR leaders from three regions offer both global HR guidance and dynamic talent initiatives. As a primary link between HR and top leadership, we prioritize informed, impactful organizational decisions. In this leadership role, you'll directly report to the CHRO and guide our HRBPs, especially as we evolve our HCM and HR processes. We're known for our expertise in improving organizational performance and managing change, and we're excited for your leadership. Working with the People Team, you'll enhance our unified approach. Your role also includes mentoring our HR strategists, ensuring excellent talent planning, and promoting strong workforce strategies.

Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the CHRO, you will represent the Business Partner team and play a crucial role in advancing HERE’s strategic talent agenda.Collaborating seamlessly with leadership teams, you will translate business goals into actionable human resources strategies, driving the transformation of our organization.In close partnership with the business, you will develop and execute a tailored strategic talent agenda, addressing key talent needs, retention, engagement, and transformative efforts within each function.Systematically evaluating organizational performance will be part of your responsibilities, allowing you to identify talent and skill gaps and present HR solutions that align seamlessly with our business objectives.Your role extends to serving as a trusted business consultant, providing valuable insights and support to designated leadership groups on essential organizational matters. You will oversee and work with the Management Team (C-Suite) and other HR stakeholders on a holistic strategic workforce planning/ management cycle: from forecasting to onboarding, development, performance monitoring, succession planning, talent repositioning, and retention using in-depth workforce data. Spearhead organizational redesigns to foster efficiency and accommodate evolving business needs.Design and enact change management strategies to foster business evolution and lasting results.Coordinate talent sessions with the Management Team of the organization, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and talent strategies.Drive the change for leader accountability and ownership.You will grow and mentor the Strategic BHR’s to enable strategic support to the Management Team.

Qualifications
You are a dynamic leader with the ability to inspire, motivate, and drive teams towards achieving organizational goals. You have a minimum of 15 years in HR Business Partnership, emphasizing people strategy formulation, organizational structuring, talent administration, and change management in a rapid, ever-changing business landscape. In addition, you have 10+ years of team and people leadership know-how, demonstrating an ability to act as an inspiration and a champion for change.You have familiarity with the challenges of implementing new HR operating models and an understanding of the change management and KPIs necessary to ensure and measure success. Exceptional client engagement skills, with a track record of fostering advisory relations with executives, influencing strategic and discerning decisions. Experience in executing intricate organization design and change plans to align resources with new business goals. Skilled in leading large-scale change management initiatives, with a comfort level in navigating complex organizational transformations.
