AsThe Head of ENT Productyou willlead one of the company's most strategic vectors of going upmarket andbe in a great position to makehugeimpact on the entire companyand its future. You will manage and growgroupsof top product managers, and help us deliver innovative solutions at scale. You will drive the strategy for a portfolio of productsand a significant strategic vectorto create a deliberate plan and a cohesive strategy. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams, develop go-to-market plans and business relationships to maximize the potential value we can deliver to our employees, customers, partners and investors.
We're looking for a stellar leader who is passionate about growing top talent and building innovative and lovable productsthat will disrupt the ENT software market. Someone who always starts with the ideal end state first and works backward from it, challenging all current assumptions. You must be comfortable with being both strategic and hands-on, operating in a hyper-growth environment and have no fear of failing, and getting back on your feet again.

You will be responsible for building, managing and executing monday's enterprise strategyRecruit, buildanddevelopteams to form an Enterprise organization as well ashelppeopledevelopandcrafttheircareer pathsMaintain monday's growth by creating a core enterprise strategy along with existing customer needs, work with all company stakeholders and leadership to drive this strategy forward.You willbeoverseeing the development and management of enterprise products and services while working with talented cross-functional team members across engineering, design, customer success, marketing, sales, etc.. You'll take full ownership and have a massive impact on the company.You will understand the enterprise market, competition, and champion our users to craft product strategies that will lead to long term success.Continuously improve monday's product management team's impact and productivity, building a culture of excellenceMaintain the product enterprise roadmap, and clearly communicate goals, roles, responsibilities and desired outcomes throughout the company;you willformulateand leadhigh-level initiatives that support corporate objectives, and develop concrete point of view and insights to present to leadership.You will motivate a group of some of the smartest, most committed, and fun people you've ever worked with.
Your Experience & Skills
you should have a deep understanding of the enterprise market and customer needs.You are experienced in creating enterprise product roadmaps from conception to launch, driving product vision, defining go-to-market strategy and leading execution.You are able to set & achieve strategic goals and evolve product strategy based on research, data and industry trends in an innovative and fast-paced environment.You are an owner with entrepreneurial qualities.You are self-driven, you take extreme ownership, and you feel comfortable making decisions without consensus.You are a great human being.We are all into teamwork, we are not a great fit for genius jerks.You have proven experience as a manager of product managers and managers, with demonstrated success in hiring and growing top talent. Advantage for working in high growth environments.You communicate well. You can explain the rationale of any decision, strategic or tactical.You can motivate, lead, and champion people, teams and products without "formal" authority.You are a fast learner, adaptive, and feel at home in a fast paced, ever-changing environment.You have a bias for action and can break down complex problems into steps that drive product development at speed.Previous experience leading SaaS B2B products - Must.Previous entrepreneurial or consulting experience - Advantage
