Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
15 years of experience in advertising sales, digital marketing, consulting, or media.
Experience in people management.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience building compelling narratives, delivering presentations, and building relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Experience leading and inspiring a diverse team to achieve goals.
Knowledge of product pricing, incentive design, and how to motivate partners/customers through well-structured incentives.
Ability to dive into data, identify opportunities, and craft creative solutions.
Ability to communicate in Spanish fluently.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $185,000-$272,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Craft and execute strategies to drive incentive programs across the Latin America region, empowering Sales and Agency teams video advertising opportunities.
Lead the Industry in developing programs and packages that leverage YouTube content, helping partners unlock new business growth streams.
Build relationships with regional trading leaders at top agencies, negotiating and facilitating agreements that drive growth for both partners and business.
Collaborate with global product, regional, and country teams to launch pilots, assess programs, and drive cross-functional initiatives that fuel market expansion.
Represent Latin America in Global forums, sharing insights, and making recommendations on incentive structures and program design.
