The Head of CST for GBS UK is responsible for diving the CST org forward. It manages programs, it works with cross functions and coordinates the CST community. Working as part of the leadership team, the role partners closely with group vertical directors and agency directors. The role also leads the analytics team for GBS UK.
Responsibilities
- Drive technical strategic programmes through the sales organisation, eg signals, product adoption/acceleration.
- Lead analytics function. Optimise reporting, identify and validate hypotheses. Make recommendations into product and the sales team. Improve the usage of data by developing new scorecarding / metrics (e.g signals score equivalent - "performance optimal").
- Support the CSM community and represent them at LT level. Conduct off sites, sponsor training, optimise processes, guide performance management.
- Optimise MarSci/GBM & PSO collaboration. Initiate a virtuous cycle of taking action off the back of insight
- Drive product sales strategy, in particular with a focus on how to increase ARPA.
- Lead GBS UK collaboration with global product organisation in collaboration with PSO.
- Show optimism in the face of change and lead the team through ambiguity. Guide the team to be grounded, courageous and to aim for the highest.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience working in advertising sales/digital media.
- Significant leadership experience.
- Expert understanding of digital ad products, technologies and industry ecosystem.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding revenue goals.
- Customer service orientation and experience working in a client facing capacity.
- Excellent communication, presentation and analytical skills.
