Background on the PositionLead the Wealth Management Client Services Center Columbus, OH location that supports multiple businesses: - Banking Service support: cash management, cards and lending - Online Services: mobile and online applications - Tech Training: financial advisor applications, entitlements, social media support- Manage site with 150 employees and temps
Responsibilities- Create targeted and proactive service solutions to support the Advisor client relationship - Partner across Wealth Management and Operations to integrate established service practices- Design processes to improve first contact resolution, enhance client satisfaction, and meet clients evolving expectations- Manage day to day budget and financial landscape, identifying trends and strategic responses- Manage appropriate risk framework and control environment- Evaluate technology opportunities and expansion of delivery channels- Develop comprehensive talent initiatives that focus on all levels within service teams, including recognition programs, coaching and mentoring, and career and skills development- Partner with the Change the Bank and IT teams to drive innovation and challenge the status quo
Qualifications-15 years management experience- A diverse leadership background in Wealth Management / Financial Services environment is strongly preferred - Deep service and operational experience, leadership and commercial insight. - Strong people leadership and results oriented- Continuous process improvement - Proven record of leading a large organization, challenging the status quo, collaboration, and people development- FINRA SIE and Series 99 preferred (required within six months of start date)
Role is Hybrid and will require in office attendance 3x days/week.
