About the role:
As the Head of SMB Acquisition Marketing, you will drive the strategy & execution for all acquisition marketing channels and manage the forecast & budget process, keeping senior leadership informed along the way. The role will support our Small Business (SMB) division and report to the Head of SMB Marketing.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of 3-5 acquisition marketers, guiding performance, fostering growth, and optimizing the marketing budget for maximum brand impact and ROI. Strategically oversee lead-generation efforts across diverse channels (SEO, Paid Search, Programmatic Advertising, TV/CTV, Radio/Audio, Affiliates, and Lead Providers). Develop and maintain a cohesive brand strategy aligned with business objectives, ensuring consistent messaging and branding across all platforms. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess marketing effectiveness, regularly reporting outcomes to leadership. Collaborate with Sales, Analytics, and Product teams to ensure a seamless and aligned customer journey.
Requirements:
Minimum 8 years of Acquisition Marketing experience with a proven track record of driving revenue growth through multi-channel strategies. Direct experience in team management, demonstrating leadership, mentorship, and team-building skills. Proficiency in Google Ads, Paid Search, Programmatic Advertising, Meta, and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics). Strong communication, project management, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. Highly analytical, revenue-focused, and tech-savvy professional.
