The HCP Marketing Senior Associate will be responsible for managing key operational efforts across the US VYNDAMAX HCP team, including HCP engagement, congress planning and coordination, resource management, and internal field communications.
This role requires significant cross-functional collaboration to ensure the successful execution and day-to-day management of HCP marketing efforts. This role reports to the US Vyndamax HCP Lead.
Given the dynamic nature of the business and pioneering spirit of the VYNDAMAX brand team, success in this role is dependent on an adaptable and high-energy colleague who is comfortable with ambiguity. The role also requires strategic and analytical thinking, as well as creativity and decision-making skills.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Facilitate HCP contracting using ENGAGE for consultancies, congress product theaters (national and subnational), and advisory boards
Support congress lead with coordination of congress logistics and planning across cross-functional teams
Responsible for management of the VYNDAMAX speaker bureau including coordination with speaker ops on a regular basis
Lead internal communications with the Rare Disease Field Force and relevant customer facing colleagues to support VYNDAMAX efforts
Manage Vyndamax resource availability in PROMOS (online ordering system for sales colleagues), including inventory and production management (print and digital)
Coordinate the update, entry, and approval of annual HCP-related documents (i.e. Annual Needs Consultant Assessment, Speaker Needs Assessment)
Collaborate across marketing team, flexing to support additional HCP tactics and events as needed
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
At least 3-5 years of work experience
Bachelors Degree, MBA preferred
Ability to work under pressure, to take accountability for business challenges, think strategically and tackle complex problems. Proven track record of operating in a fast-paced, high energy environment balancing multiple projects at once.
Ability to execute in the face of ambiguity or change
Adaptable and flexible with work; being able to work with multiple teams at the same time
Able to perform administrative functions with minimum supervision and be able to prioritize work independently
Detail oriented, independent, proactive, self-motivated individual with outstanding organizational, interpersonal and written and oral communication skills

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $78,000.00 to $126,300.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer's Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 10.0% of the base salary.
