HCP Engagement Manager (80-100% Working, Field-Based)
80 or 90% working available if part-time is required
As HCP Engagement Manager, your purpose is to competitively drive cross-specialty HCP Events to specialized health care professionals across Switzerland, to drive sales uptake in line with national and regional ambitions. You will drive scientific brand messaging, advocacy, and interdisciplinary exchange to ensure cross-specialty collaboration within Switzerland.
In this role you will... Lead the HCPE Strategy & execution within specialty care: define the annual Specialty HCPE plan and support the Oncology HCPE Plan: target groups, content focus, reach, quantity, geographical focus, in close collaboration with the x-functional team. Drive the scientific content/ topic creation process in collaboration with Brand Management and Medical to ensure our high scientific standard of GSK specialty care Events. Build a Network of external Expert (EE) speakers across specialties (ENT, Allergology/Immunology, Pneumologists, Rheumatologists and also Oncologists) on a national but also international level. Generate product related insights and stimulate the team's contribution to build confidence for our products Organize and execute promotional scientific events such as symposia, company owned events, other educational initiatives for healthcare professionals or commercial advisory boards Plan and execute speaker briefings and trainings, moderate F2F & virtual Events Build and maintain expertise in the therapeutic area by continuously educate yourself and by participating in national and international congresses and events. Ensure an agile Event Management process in collaboration with the back office (Content Lab approvals, Veeva Event Management, A&P tracking and planning) Ensure compliance with all local legal and regulatory requirements aswell as GSK Local and Global Policies and Guidelines Why you?
Qualifications & Skills: MSc in life sciences incl. clinical medicine or pharmacy; additional degrees like PhD would be a plus 5+ years' experience in pharmaceutical industry typically as a medical science liaison or in medical information or clinical research/medical affairs, brand Management or other commercial roles within life science Excellent ability to understand and convey emergent scientific information and interpret, communicate & implement commercial engagement strategies out of it Scientific driven individual with the ability to translate science into commercial targets Must be able to adapt, organize, prioritize, and work effectively on multifunctional teams in a constantly changing environment. Must demonstrate a high level of initiative and work well independently and as a team member Demonstrated project and process management skills Excellent interpersonal communication and presentations skills Fluent in English & French + German (preferred) Experience in respiratory/immunology (preferred) and eventually Oncology (preferred) Preferred: Additional degrees e.g., PhD is a plus Excellent ability to understand and convey emergent scientific information and interpret, communicate & implement commercial engagement strategies as a result Scientific driven individual with the ability to translate science into understandable commercial messages Able to adapt, organize, prioritize, and work effectively on multifunctional teams in a constantly changing environment Demonstrate a high level of initiative and work well independently and as a team member Excellent interpersonal communication and presentations skills Experience in respiratory/immunology *LI-GSK
