In this Role you will be Responsible For:
Analyse and Clear the enquiry from the team and address it appropriately. And for further enquiry sending email to Customer and get the query clarified on time. Stay up to date on new policies, processes, and procedures impacting the Strong understanding of current processes and procedures. Coordinate day-to-day work with the team members on meeting customer goals Resolves more complex situations by applying established knowledge and skills generally acquired through job experience & supporting the team. Developing and maintaining a solid working knowledge of the insurance industry and of all products, services and processes performed by the team
Requirements for this role include:
Candidate should be 1 - 2 years of experience with good analytical skills. Candidate with good insurance knowledge Should have very good typing speed with minimum 21-25 WPM Possess excellent communication skills with strong reading comprehension and writing skills. Ready to work in complete Night Shift. Candidate should be flexible & support team during crisis period Ready to relocate as per the business requirement. Should be confident, aggressive and result oriented
