Job Description
Client Graphics and AI (CGAI) group is chartered with building the Intel graphics business, supporting discrete graphics, integrated graphics, and CPUs.
The team is looking for a highly collaborative, influential, and experienced Hardware Product Manager for a highly visible and critical role that spans across both internal stakeholders and external customers, each with unique platform needs.
As a Hardware Product Manager your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
You will deeply understand customer needs, pain points, and competitive offerings and competitive platforms. Based on your understanding you will work to align with engineering teams, segment leaders, and management on platform definitions and roadmaps.
You will help define the core portfolio strategy, business case, and drive the business decisions on projects to start, change, or terminate.
You will define the best products to build for users and the right features and roadmap tradeoffs to deliver the core business strategy and capture this in MRDs (Market Requirements Documents) and roadmap plans.
You will help prioritizing problems that may arise during development, testing, or production according to business opportunities and requirements.
You will help explaining the all-product details and rational to partner teams including engineering, program management, sales, marketing, and PR (public relations) teams.
You will help defining the go-to-market strategy and drive coordination with other teams to execute the tactics.
You will help in sustaining/maintaining existing product and execute the EOL (end-of-life) process as needed.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams of the manufacturing personnel to ensure the successful production and deployment of the platform.
You will play a critical role in the business development process by driving diligent competitive analysis, benchmarking and sensing of competitive product offering and strengths/weaknesses.
You will create product insights to aid in creation of marketing collaterals. You will also evangelize Intel Gfx products at industry conferences.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.Excellent communication and documentation skills, with an ability to be an effective program manager as needed.
Qualifications
You must possess the below required qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Recommended qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum ualifications:
A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field, such as electrical, electronics, systems, or computer engineering, or a STEM related technical discipline, is required. Advanced degrees can be an advantage.5+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Marketing, Technical Marketing, or Program Management.Use or rely on GPU for work or entertainment on at least a weekly basis. Confident in purchasing and installation of consumer electronics.Strong knowledge of hardware and software design principles and semiconductor technologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in hardware design, development, and/or validation.Experience with consumer electronics product quality, cost, and manufacturability.In-depth knowledge of GPU architecture; Knowledge of GPU acceleration for machine learning and artificial intelligence workloads.Familiarity with industry standards and regulations relevant to hardware development.Experience with design, prototyping, and testing hardware components.Knowledge of emerging hardware trends and technologies.Experienced positioning, branding, and pricing.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, Washington, California: $141,673.00-$241,005.00
*Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience
Working Model
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
