Job Description:
This role is responsible for moderately complex transaction processing, reconciliation, and resolution of research requests supporting the wealth management business. These transactions and requests may carry high levels of monetary risk. Additional responsibilities include providing quality service and effective and efficient operations support for internal business partners and/or external clients. Individuals should be well versed in operational processes, and assist in training for less experienced team members.
Responsibilities:
Performs moderately complex transaction processing and reconciliation with medium to large monetary impact according to the established guidelines and proceduresResponds to moderately complex client inquiries through numerous channels to support operational efficiency and quality client serviceResponsible for the analysis and resolution of moderately complex transactions requiring escalations and/or exceptionsProactively identifies risk and opportunities for process improvement based on an understanding the work impacts other operational units
Job Description (line of business specific):
GWIM Sr Operations Analyst is responsible for overseeing the accuracy and timeliness of delivery for statements, fee disclosures, confirmations and other correspondence sent to 401(k) plan participants and sponsors.
Complete inline quality assurance testing of various statements and correspondence to validate that information on the document matches data from the system of recordPartner with line of business and product owners to resolve discrepancies between the document and system of recordReview reporting to reconcile statements and correspondence ordered to match volumes delivered to clientsComplete user acceptance testing for development of new correspondence and changes to existing templates
Required Skills (Must have these skills to be minimally qualified):
Solid foundation of quality assurance testing Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrates the ability to communicate quality assurance test findings to various business partners to facilitate resolution Analytical & organizational skills: Able to analyze data, recognize a defect or variance, report and escalate when neededPrioritization: Understands how to prioritize workload based on criticality, regulatory requirements and internal client needOwnership: Demonstrates personal accountability to ensure accuracy of statements and correspondence that are within their scope of responsibilityStrong knowledge of all MS software, especially Outlook, Excel and WordCustomer FocusResearch & problem solving skillsCollaborating & multitaskingTime management System navigation experience
