Description
As a Communication Services Go-To-Market Specialist, you will help drive the growth of Amazon Pinpoint and other Communication Services. Amazon Pinpoint is a cloud-based multi-channel engagement service that is used by enterprises to reach customers, patients and citizens across the globe to improve digital engagement. You will meet with marketing technologists, chief digital officers and technologists to determine how SMS, email, push notifications, web, ML and video are used in their enterprise to improve digital interaction with customers.
In this role, you will establish Amazon Pinpoint as a preferred customer engagement service for enterprise, partner and ISV customers. You will work frequently with Amazon sales, business development, marketing and product management to accelerate the sales cycle by driving adoption and revenue through sales enablement programs. You will drive awareness and scale by launching sales enablement programs that make it easier for Amazon sellers to sell Amazon Pinpoint to their customers and sales segments. You will work directly with customers to align Pinpoint capabilities with customer use cases.

This role will:
Build sales enablement and launch market demand generation programs
Grow service revenue by working directly with customers to accelerate the sales cycle
Report on a weekly and monthly basis attainment toward goals
Assist or lead planning documents
Work effectively with Product Management and Product Marketing to solve complex problems
Understand industry use cases that inform how go-to-market programs are built

A day in the life of a Communication Developer Services GTM/BD includes meeting with customers, supporting AWS sales people solve complex problems, authoring critical planning documents, attending product management meetings and reporting on attainment toward goals

Basic Qualifications
5+ years of business development, or account management with a proven ability to deliver results experience
3+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience
Bachelor's degree
Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software
Experience in setting up and managing a sales pipeline
Preferred Qualifications
Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations
Experience in online advertising or high-tech products/services

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $159,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
