The Opportunity
The Digital GtM Strategy and Operations team within Adobe's Digital Media organization is the team that builds strategic priorities for the digital business and enables hands-on execution to go drive value for the customer. Reporting into the Director, the candidate will drive both short and long term priorities and collaborate across the sales and marketing organizations playing a key role in crafting our company's future while driving operational excellence.In this role, you will work closely with our leadership team to develop core business strategies, implement execution plans, optimize operational processes, and drive performance improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in management consulting and a track record of delivering strategic insights and operational excellence in a cross-functional environment.What you'll Do
Strategic Planning: Drive long range planning process over 1-3-5 year horizon. Collaborate with senior leadership to identify growth opportunities. Build execution frameworks and roadmap to drive rolling planning process, in partnership with cross functional teams, driving alignment and thought partnership to drive the digital strategy for Adobe's DME organization.Business Operations: Drive annual and quarterly roadmap process to define GTM team's charter to meet in-quarter targets. Develop tactical initiatives laddering up to key strategic priorities, drive growth and performance. Identifying objectives and key results for these initiatives, and track and measure performance of said initiatives.Performance Measurement: Build a sales operations process, define sales targets with long and short-term objectives to drive to Plan. Provide analytical thought leadership with insights and recommendations on key initiatives, develop meaningful business insights to report on performance to leadership based on data analysis and performance trends.Process Efficiencies: Evaluate and optimize existing business processes, recommending and driving improvements. Lead all aspects of org operations in collaboration with leadership and staff, partnering on transformative strategies, crafting and driving business cadences, and communicating with key partners around priorities, achievements, and results.Organizational Planning: Budgets and HC management, recommendations on tradeoffs with clearly outlined dependencies and risks, driving quarterly business cadences and rolling operational planning processes with leadership team.What you need to succeed
Degree in Business, Management, Finance, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferredA minimum of 6 years of management consulting experienceStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.Ability to operate within an agile yet matrixed business, leading sophisticated projects to fruition in a fast-paced culture.Excellent communicator with strong presentation skills.Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).Enthusiastic, positive, and creative attitude!
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $104,000 -- $226,900 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
