Zendesk is looking for a GTM Enablement Manager to join its growing Sales Enablement team. This individual will partner on our strategy for developing, refining, storing and delivering best in class onboarding and enablement content to our SMB, Commercial, Mid-Market, and Enterprise teams in Japan. The main priority for this role will be to translate English Enablement assets into Japanese and stand and deliver content in the region - giving a local face and presence to both global content and regionally specific content.
What youll be doing
Work closely with the broader Enablement team to develop and execute our plan for best in class enablement programs and trainingLead and run continuous onboarding program for JapanHelp to refine existing and build new Japan-ready enablement materialsFoster an energetic, positive culture of high-performance, consistent motivation, effectiveness and resultsWork closely with regional stakeholders and help to create and run regionally specific sessions as neededPartner with the global Enablement leads for planning, coordination and execution of global bootcamp & other initiativesEnsure delivery and adoption of Sales best practicesWork closely with broader enablement team to interpret business data and use information appropriately to identify training needs and deliver the curriculum to drive desired behaviors and outcomesServe as liaison to Japanese sales org, vetting that our approach and materials are effective
What you bring to the role:
Fluent in written and verbal Japanese and English, including ability to translate Enablement materials from English to Japanese (including but not limited to decks, one-pagers, live training scripts, courses, communications, and videos)Presentation, teaching, and ideally coaching skillsProject management & organization skillsTime management & prioritization skillsStakeholder management & ability to work across multiple teamsFlexibility & adaptabilityCreative, problem solverStrong written & verbal skillsAbility to learn technology quickly
Basic Qualification:
3+ years of sales enablement or training experience, business development/quota carrying sales experience, or sales team management experience with emphasis on teaching, coaching and mentorshipExperience as an instructor/facilitator/presenter to groups of people live and/or remotelyEnterprise SaaS experience highly preferredExperience with Salesforce & Google SuiteHave worked in a fast-paced dynamic environment
