Job Summary
As a Reporting & Analytics Analyst, you will enable Revenue Operations leadership to make key customer and commercial decisions. This role will work cross-functionally to develop business insights, create automated analyses in Tableau, and support ad hoc analyses for consumption by Revenue Operations stakeholders. You will communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders, and identify areas of improvement. The ideal candidate will have a high degree of comfort understanding and working on data related to different business teams and needs, supporting global requests from cross functional stakeholders and a passion for analytics.
Data Exploration: Explores data to determine trends and relationships between variables. Analyze & discover insights related to IBX performance, including fill rate, pricing, utilization, and financial outcomes or Customer Success, Support, and Experience. Develops an understanding of business dynamics to enable proactive error correction and suggest additional analytics opportunities.
Ad Hoc Reporting: Creates ad hoc report requests, using insights from data explorations to prepare visualizations and reports for stakeholders requesting data. Assist leaders in addressing business questions to drive consistency and efficiency.
Stakeholder Management: Reaches out to stakeholders to clarify requests and debriefs with stakeholders to explain data insights and reporting. Follows up and tracks statuses for actions taken from insights.
Collaboration: Work closely with global team, IT and cross-functional partners to ensure timely delivery of roadmap and alignment with our metrics and standards.
Communication: Strong communicator able to understand underlying business needs, translate to requirements, and share back how we have solutioned from our data foundation in a concise and stakeholder friendly manner. Able to draw dots to how analytics solves for intrinsic needs and adds value to broader organizational goals and objectives.
AI/Machine Learning: Collaborates with Data Science teams. Requires prior exposure to and understanding of AI/ML principles such as regression analysis, machine learning algorithms, optimization models, decision analysis, supervised learning, and unsupervised learning. Able to share business needs with technical teams and translate technical concepts for business applications.
Skills & Qualifications
Proven years of related experience preferred (background in reporting and analytics)Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail - ability to correlate high volume data across different data sets
Experience with AI/ML principlesExperience with Tableau or similar data visualization tools essentialExperience in MS Teams, MS Excel, PowerPoint and Smartsheet preferredExcellent English written and verbal communication skillsResults-focused, highly organized, detail-oriented and ability to work independently but also collaborate effectively within a teamPossess solid time management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experienceGlobal experience preferredSalesforce or other CRM experience a plus
