The Senior associate, IT service delivery plays a crucial role in the CORE IT Operations and Support team which supports GTIL and Member Firms on local and global contracts.
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior associate, IT service delivery to design, implement, and manage an organization's personal processing solutions to ensure the security of their digital assets. You will be responsible for managing access, troubleshooting, optimizing, driving automation, and assisting with security issues.
Reporting directly to the Manager Service Delivery , should have a strong commitment to safeguarding sensitive information, and experience with PC, VDI and mobile technologies.
Main responsibilities
Provide Deskside support for Tier 2 and Tier 3 incidents
Oversee the configuration and management of endpoints using Microsoft Intune
Lead the design, build, and migration efforts for Intune deployments and endpoint management solutions
Work with the Cyber and Compliance teams to implement and enforce security policies and best practices to maintain a strong security posture across endpoints
Support Cybersecurity investigation requests
Implementation of virtual desktop technologies and supporting technologies, with the strong emphasis on using Microsoft Intune for end-point management.
Onboarding of business applications
Understanding of mobile security best practices, including IdP/MFA and device hardening.
Ensure compliance as it relates to inventories, documentation and change management
Proficient in software and infrastructure troubleshooting, issue triage RCA.
Strong knowledge of Group Policy
Implement Windows Workstation design, imaging and deployment strategies for versions 10 and 11
Stay up-to-date with the latest Microsoft technologies and industry trends, recommending improvements and updates as appropriate

Ability to quickly pivot as needed while working through multiple projects and competing priorities
ServiceNOW ITSM tool
Problem-solving skills, particularly regarding anticipating and solving risks/issues before they occur or become critical
Strong relationship skills and cultural awareness, the ability to work well with people from different disciplines and cultures.
Ability to be agile, respond positively to change and contribute with an innovative and global mindset.
